TECNOPRESS s.r.l. has designed and constructed an innovative machine for the salvage of press bench, ruined by the stress of the work process. It is compact, completely automatic and equipped with PLC. With this machine it is possible to obtain perfect levelling of the bench on presses of all kinds and sizes, eliminating production faults and extra mould consumption that can be accrued by a no perfectly flat surface.

TECNOPRESS s.r.l. offers an onsite levelling service, so the benches are regenerated by a specialized technician on the plants, without need to move the presses. When the regeneration process is completed, the press bench is levelled once again, in perfect conditions for the mould and the punches, in way to eliminate all scrubs and production faults.
