| Regeneration reliability | ||
| Each type of press can be regenerated by Tecnopress. The company can treat machines with any dimension and guarantee the performed regeneration for 12 months. For these results, the capacity and the technical expertise of Tecnopress staff are determining: their skill is renowned and appreciated since a long time in ceramic industry. The regeneration process is articulated in some steps: the presses are fully disassembled, the castings undergo a strict control to check for possible breakages. Then, the parts are sanded, the layers are ground and the whole machine is sealed and painted. Moving wear parts such as bronze bushings, bushes, guards, columns, fittings are replaced with spare parts directly manufactured by Tecnopress. Seals, filters, solenoid valves, motors and pumps are directly purchased from the OEMs. The electric part, machine harness included, and motor power boards are fully replaced. The electronics is integrated with a new-concept PLC. A 30-hour severe commissioning process ensures the quality of the performed job. |
